We strictly limit the numbers on our books, because it’s our desire to see each and every one of our talent to succeed. The best way to do this is to work with you one-on-one, and we won’t ever conduct an interview over the phone or email. We’re proud to say that the majority of our Starfish talent will receive work within their first twelve month contract.

Starfish Management (aka Starfish Kids) was established over two decades and is led by Hannah Boffa, who brings a strong background in television and film production. Since that time, we’ve developed a strong reputation among leading brands, advertising agencies, directors, casting agents and production houses. They trust us for the quality of our talent as well as our professional approach.

Our clients include some of the biggest and best in the business from Toyota, Woolworths, McDonalds, Barbie, Optus, Country Road, Seed, Big W, Best & Less, ABC and Aldi to name just a few. Our kids have even worked on major television & features film productions such as The Narrow Road to the Deep North, Ten Pound Poms, Heartbreak High, ABC Vegesaurs, Playing Gracie Darling and The Great Gatsby.
